Inspired to keep you inspired, Women of Strength is a free GYIS program designed and presented by women for women. It's a great way to meet new people, learn new things, and get some much needed "girl-time." Women of Strength
An informal but fun evening of knowledge and fellowship
This month's topic is: Self Defense.

Meg Hinkley is a fellow boot camper that does seminars all over about how to defend yourself. We had her lead a Women of Strength last year and it was great.  Everyone loved it so we are excited to have her come out again.

Remember, these events are open to everyone. We encourage you to bring someone that you know outside of boot camp.
